You provide the name and time-framed last known address of your missing landowner, and we provide the address and telephone number of the living subject or of one living relative. (If we can’t find a phone number for a living subject, we’ll get you the phone number of a relative you can call.)
Subject is deceased: $150.00
Subject is alive: $125.00
You tell us what county a document is located in. We request your choice of plain, certified or exemplified copies of that document, pay for them, and have them sent directly to you by regular mail or overnight service (your choice).
Document Recover Fee: $50.00

You need a search for a document, but don’t know where it’s filed. We determine the necessary foundational information (like when the person died and the location of their residence at the time of death in the case of a probate search), then we request your choice of plain, certified or exemplified copies of that document, pay for them, and have them sent directly to you by regular mail or overnight service (your choice).
